Availability & Scheduling 

All appointment requested online on Friday's after 1pm EST for Saturday, Sunday, or Monday appointments will automatically be rejected. We apologize for the inconvenience, but all appointment requests require a phone confirmation. Our offices are closed on the weekends. We return on Monday with new office hours of 8am-5pm. Please request all appointments before Friday at 1pm for the upcoming days. All appointments made after 1pm EST on Friday can not be fulfilled on the weekend or on Monday. 

All appointments are subject to availability. All appointments made online are requests. Appointments must be requested and confirmed with a live representative. Once your booking request is made online, one of our friendly appointment schedulers will contact you to confirm availability within 4 hours from the time of your request. All appointments made on Friday after 1pm EST cannot be serviced for that upcoming Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. We look forward to assisting you with all of your requests then. If you would like a weekend or Monday appointment, we suggest booking ahead of time.

Same day appointments are based on availability and they must be scheduled before 12pm.

All appointment requests made after 1pm on Friday will be responded to on our next available scheduling day when we reopen on Monday.

Terms & Conditions 

Move in/out cleaning services cannot be used for standard cleaning packet.

Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with our services. If this is your first time using our company, we ask that you meet your Spruce It staff member prior to him/her servicing your home. We ask that you walk through with the Spruce It staff member to inspect the areas that were cleaned.

Cleaning is a very detailed service. Please be advised that we do not guarantee that every task on our checklist will be completed during your scheduled appointment. Your Spruce It staff member/s will clean your home based on the tasks that are your priority. Your happiness is important to us. To ensure that you are satisfied with the service we recommend that you are home during your first cleaning with our service. If under any conditions in which you opt out from being at the location during, or directly after the service has been rendered, and you were unable to check the cleaners work prior to the Spruce It staff member leaving your home or location where the service was completed, we cannot return to your home to clean any areas that you're dissatisfied with until we are notified and we investigate the issue at hand.

Voucher or Discounted Promotional Coupons

Please be advised that this super awesome promotion is not based on full service hours. Please pick the most suitable package according to the size of your home and the condition of your home. Our professionally trained cleaner will clean your home for the amount of time purchased. Offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Offers and promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered.

- Voucher Price does not include taxes or gratuity.

- Additional hours can be added for $49 per hour.

- All clients are eligible for discounted recurring services. 

- Homes outside of service areas may be subjected to a traveling charge.


First time rescheduling request made prior to 48 hours of the confirmed appointment time/date require a $10 rescheduling fee at the time of rescheduling. All rescheduling request made less than 24 hours of the confirmed appointment time/date will require a $20 rescheduling fee. All paid appointments are confirmations. Please understand that once your appointment is booked, we save and reserve your spot in our booking system, so we can ensure that we are available to take special care of you and your home or office. 


All scheduled appointments that are canceled are subjected to cancellation fees. Appointments that are canceled in 24 hours or less, after selecting your appointment time, are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. All appointments that are canceled within 25-72 hours, after selecting your appointment time, are subjected to a 20% cancellation fee. Appointments that are canceled with 73 hours up until 24 hours of the confirmed appointment time will require a 65% cancellation fee. All appointments that are not canceled within 24 hours of the appointment can not be refunded under any conditions and will be billed at the original rate confirmed at booking. 

Parking & Arrival

We look forward to servicing all of our clients. In order for that to be possible our cleaners must be able to park within a 2-3 minute walking distance from the parking space to your residence. Please be sure that you are in an area that has free parking prior to booking. Please take parking times, rules, and regulations into consideration prior to confirming an appointment time/date. All appointment times will begin at the time of the confirmed appointment. Please be considerate and mindful that most of our cleaners will be carrying heavy equipment. They cannot park several blocks away from your home. We allow a 10 minute window in the event that you are arriving at your home or you are assisting the Spruce It staff member with finding an alternate parking space.
