Spruce It has a special cleaning checklist that your cleaning professional will follow. You can leave additional notes in your account after checkout, by contacting us, or by providing instructions during your cleaning. We’ll gladly work with you to customize a cleaning plan that suits your specific needs and budget.

Our cleaning professionals will do our very best to sweep, scrub, vacuum, and polish our way through your house until everything is cleaned just the way you like it. Our staff goes beyond the normal call of duty to ensure that your home is cleaned as described. We offer regular, daily, weekly, bi-weekly (every-other-week), monthly, seasonal and one-time project cleans.

The following extra services are available for additional fees and can be selected at checkout: deep cleaning, inside the fridge, inside the oven, green cleaning, inside windows, basement, move-in/move-out, laundry, inside cabinets, walls, wet wipe blinds, inside range hood, tile/grout scrubbing, baseboards & doorframes, bonus room, home office/study room, garage and balcony sweep, carpet cleaning, pet hair & odor removal, organizing, additional requested time.

Note: To protect the safety of our professionals, we cannot perform the following: cleaning that requires climbing on ladders, exterior windows, mold removal, deep stain removal, insect and pest removal, cleaning pet waste - including but not limited to excrement,  human waste - including but not limited to blood and excrement, cleaning blinds, and items that require heavy lifting. For any questions pertaining to add-on services or services that fall outside of normal duties, please contact us directly.

Spruce It accepts credit/debit card for service. When booking with your credit/debit card, your card is not charged until after service is completed. Please note that on the day before service, a pre-authorization hold is made to your card. This is just a hold, even though some banks may show this as a charge.  The final charge takes place after your service is rendered and completed. Spruce It offers move-out cleanings as an extra priced, add-on service to reflect the extra time needed to clean areas including: baseboards, cleaned / unclean carpets, and other areas that may have been hidden by furniture over a prolonged period of time. Please note that we are unable to guarantee your deposit. In addition, your cleaning professional will not be to move heavy furniture or climb ladders, as specified in our Safety Policy.

Spruce It cleaners are equipped with safe, family and pet friendly supplies and a vacuum at no extra charge to you. Please let us know if you would like to provide your own special supplies by adding a note to your account after you book.

Although we are not an all-natural cleaning company, we do strive to find products that will not harm our employees’ health, your health, or the environment. The ingredients found within our natural cleaning collection are proven to fight the toughest of stains and remove dirt, grime and other build-ups that may be problematic.
